    Movies. New ones, really.

Post by EeAyEss on Tue Feb 19, 2013 8:18 pm

    WHY
    ARE
    THERE
    NO
    NEW MOVIES?!

I swear to God everything is a f♫cking remake or a sequal. No new IPs or anything. It makes me irritated. Does imagination not exist anymore? Does everything have to be about making money? Why do you have to BUTCHER MY FAVORITE CHILDHOOD STORIES?

I, for one, think that I have some pretty damn good ideas for new movies. Nice, smooth cell-shaded animations with a distinct art style with a story full of tragedy and redemption. Crazy, Tarantino-type action flicks, etc.

I know there are new movies out, (i.e. Django Unchained, Les Miserables) but it's not enough. A Good Day to Die Hard? Really? *** JACK THE GODDAMN GIANT SLAYER. THE ***?!

*sigh* Well, I always have you, robocop. You never fail me. OH WAIT. ROBOCOP REBOOT IN 2014. FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

O look, I new Bruce Willis movie. Oh wait its A Good Day to Die Hard Nº842

There just lack of creativity. I believe humanity just reached a point that there no need for new stuff or creative things in order to make money. Its alla bout badass trailers wtih explosions everywhere. Of course there are examples, you said yourself a few (Django Unchained, Les Miserables).

From now on, you'll see 10 movies thats the same thing, and 1 that is actually worth it.

Oh oh, I got another one!

There's this kid who has a troubled family. All the other kids pick on him. He gets violent and is put away for awhile. When he's an adult he wears a mask (I say a welding helmet) and uses a crowbar to kill sexy teenagers. Eventually, a plucky (read, sexy again) female barely manages to stop him......

    For now!

How's the name Jason Myers sound?

The movie title could be Administrative Professionals Day

lolwut? Hahahahaha! Oh, man. Still, I just can't help but wonder why there is a lack of creativity these days. There only a few "new" ideas.

No need for it to get money. A lot of the audience doesn't care about originality
