Thorn amor pieces

Just how viable are they in PvP?

I've used parts of them before and they work great against those with 0 poise. They allowed me to stun them as i roll into them or past them, allowing me to get a free hit in or even a BS. But how much poise do you need to tank the hit from just a piece of the armor?

And it also doesn't stack. As in, rolling into a 1 poise character several times in rapid succession will still not stunlock them. So if you're looking for stunlock, dat ain't gon' work :L

Whaaaaat. That have worked for me! DWGR + Tight Areas = Stun-Lock on a 16+ Poise player...I stunned him. (My Friend cosplaying Hollow Warrior)

Well i could just be misinformed .__.
Anyone else managed to stunlock a 1+ poise character with armor of thorns?

You can use it to escape bs attempts if you time your roll right.
You can also use it to keep a combo going.
GCF > roll > Claymore poke+ lava
