The Worst Experience
What is the worst thing that has ever happened to you on dark souls?

Re: The Worst Experience
Got invaded near O+S bonfire and the invader baited me into throwing a chaos fireball at Sunbro
Both my summons sent me messages asking 'wtf are you doing ' and 'you killed Sunbro! ' etc.

hmm, I guess going through Blighttown ofr the first time. It was very sad, depressing, terrible and it reminded of the valley of defilement

Being a broken record here, but Bed of Chaos. The constant trekking to the fog gate from the bonfire in the middle of the lava, having to change rings to walk across, change weapons to smack all the stuff on the way, then change again when I'm at the gate so I'd be light enough to maybe dodge the attacks this time....
That was not fun. I have a better time in the Tomb of the Giants.

Not really, sadly. Still have to run past a twitchy titanite Demon, a bunch of angry dragon blokes, and also pour humanity into the covenant in the first place. It might be worth considering if you're already a Chaos Servant, mind.

I remember that trying to summon people for Snorlax & Pikachu an ******* invaded me repeatedly 5 times. Or 6. I dont remember. Ninja-flipping with golem set and armed with a big club buffed with SLB. Hornet ring. You can imagine the rest.
One of the few times i almost smashed my pad.

A Dragon Head Glitcher crashed my game, causing me to lose all the data I had. I almost threw my PS3 at a wall.

Re: The Worst Experience
The Four Kings in new game+ going for the Knight's Honor trophy, took me almost a day at the time, I hated the game, the controller and myself because I kept trying, that damn run from Firelink, past the ghosts, the occasional NPC Darkwraith that heard me and then dying like 40 times in a row.
I did the Channeler's Trident dance in my living room when I finally got them, it was just past midnight and my gf thought I had completely lost it.
She still thinks the game is evil though...

you dont have to be in the chaos coven to open it from the bed of chaos side, just need the coven to open from the firesage side.
i would say worse experience was the first time i fough capra demon. at that time i had jus started playing DkS, didnt know anyone who did play and had never played DeS. i got destroyed there for so long i almost quit for good.

Re: The Worst Experience
My worst experience was probably in the arena. After getting a streak in the mid 30s I fought against some guy I remembered fighting before. Throughout the battle all he did was WoG spam and BS fish and I fell for it and died. Then he turtled and backpedaled the rest of the match and I lost. I was pissed.

Re: The Worst Experience
My most scarring single moment was finally landing on the Avelyn chest bookcase after several dozen fatal falls, turning around to block incoming arrows, drinking estus, then blocking more arrows, and then turning around to open the chest and immediately taking 2 arrows and a channeler blast in the back and dying with the chest open. That cost me a disc and a controller.
In terms of ongoing play, probably the one thing that still makes me rage is when I know someone is going to try to parry me, so I try to kick them, only instead of a kick I do an R1 attack for some reason and sure enough I get parried and riposted. Naturally it's the only time I have a problem getting a kick to work and it happens to me all the time.

If you know how to fight him, then he's pretty easy, but if you don't, then he's probably one of the hardest bosses in the game. New players don't know your supposed to go right around capra, up the stairs, and then to the spot that's almost in the corner.
My worst experience was when the giant plant looking things in the pit under Seigemere glitched on me:
I went to where Seigemere is in Lost Izalith, and he wasn't there. I forgot to give him his moss. I gave it to him, and returned to his spot in Lost Izalith. I went to him, and forgot the Rusted Iron Ring. I left without speaking to him or killing the monsters. I got the ring and went back to him. Then I noticed the things in the pit where gone. I though, "What the hell?" I talked to Siegemere, and he thanked me and gave me the Speckled Ring. I though, "What the hell? The game cheated me out of a slab!" I killed Seigemere, but he didn't drop anything.
I wanted my slab.
