Argent means money, but it also means silver actualy..
Probably because silver was used as currency way back when, am I right?
Yes, probably big grin. How non creative the french language is....
We also use "blé" (wheat) or "tunes" (not sure what it actualy means, maybe "wheat" too), etc... but it's more familiar language than official. The only official word for "money" is "argent"

Cheer up guys, Kim Jong Un recently proved that he's a more ridiculous leader than his father! Have a laugh at the expense of the Kim family(not every single Kim of the world, mind you)!

I like to imagine there is a smuggler that didn't think he needed to put his goods inside of a condom or something before swallowing them.

Talk about a crazy travel into another country, provided someone could walk for ten minutes with ten pounds of cocaine inside of them.

Apparently we are supposed to have a really big snow storm tomorrow. Everybody keeps telling me this, so it must be true. :o

What's a snowstorm exactly? Does that just mean a lot of snow falls or does it also entail high winds and whatnot?

Technically it just means a lot of snow but more often than not (especially where I live) there are high winds. Then again, we always have high winds. A fair percentage of trees in my neck of the woods show either a bend, twist or other growth element of wind (conifers usually are fine) and this year I saw an icicle develop at about 30 degrees off of vertical. That far is unusual but a "leaning" icicle is not. When I see weather reports from other high snow areas they don't seem to have as much wind so they might report different experiences.

Lots of snow and possibly white out conditions, I think. We haven't had many of them in the past few years.

Must be a photography student's dream. silly

EDIT: White out conditions? What's that? Isn't snow, in and of itself, a "white out?"

Like rain, the amount falling and wind creates different visibility. A white out is usually heavy snowfall and wind (making snow come down and across, or directly at you) which creates a major increase in the amount in the air at any given time. I've seen visibility near where I grew up (thank you fields) cut down to about 20-30 feet. I remember my dad driving me back to college one night and me having to look out the window to tell him if we were drifting away from or closer to telephone polls so he would have a better gauge of "am I still on the road." In Oklahoma I saw rain come close to this once but the weight of the rain drops means it's harder to push them back up.

A secondary problem with the snow is that, even after it's done falling, wind will push it back into the road meaning slick spots and low visibility. Since I'm sharing horror stories I saw a Jeep off the road a month ago. He must have been traveling about 55mph on the road that was dry, never expecting that curve to have about an inch to an inch and a half of snow and slush

EDIT: I've often wondered why Physics isn't a more popular class in high school around here. The driving applicability is through the roof.

 You're not though. Keep in mind it's just one month. You're 15 so you've had at least 180 months on this Earth. One month is nothing. Toss it in the trash and move forward.

That's good advice. Plus everyone has times like that in their life. If it's just a month I would say maybe look to define yourself further. You're at an age where I remember feeling pretty unfocused most of the time and consequently like what you're describing. Immersion in some of my hobbies (and re-immersion when needed) were a big help.

I felt the same way when I was 15. I actually just did something to prove myself wrong by volunteering at a few places to help people out.

Now look at me, I'm a successful man that forms evil plans that will one day help me rule the world.
