In the past 10 days Ive gotten really lucky. In over 50 hours of playtime Ive been cursed by strangers in The Depths , Royal Wood , The Oolacile Township and twice in The Catacombs.
I met 2 new nice gravelords and inspired 3 people who got to experience BPs for the first time to become gravelords themselves. One poor friendly guy failed to retrieve his bloodstain due to my BPs, I felt bad so I gave him all of my consumable souls and some humanity , suffice to say that he was very pleased.
I spent most of my time grave-wraithing the surprisingly active catacombs at SL120. Most of the time SOVs and Darkwraiths keep flooding in constantly, just have to connect properly to people by invading and summoning/ being summoned.
1 out of 3 times I invade someone who is cursed. If he's not cursed and I manage to kill him , I can calculate the victim's SL and lay down a curse when in range. 9 out of 10 times they get cursed instantly.
Im really surprised of the traffic Im getting here in The Catacombs.,tons of fun. I think that gravelord's can often get more SOV traffic in area's that are not pvp-hotspots , because a lot of questers who are still learning the game will be intimidated by the BP's , which will cause them to come and try to get rid of the gravelord multiple times.
