Unbiased Maths:

Without Havel's Ring or Ring of Favor and Protection, you need 4 points of endurance for one extra point of equip burden in order to fast roll. In order to mid roll, you need 2 points of endurance. So without either ring, this hypothetical Mask of the Father saves an amount of points spent on endurance equal to the weapon's weight, or equal to half of its weight, for fast- and mid-rolling builds respectively.

With FaP, you need ~3.33 points of endurance per point of equip burden on a fast-roll build, and ~1.67 points per burden for mid-rolling. This means that Mask of the Father saves an amount of endurance points equal to ~83% or ~42% of a weapon's weight, for fast-roll and mid-roll builds respectively.

With Havel's, you need ~2.67 endurance per equip burden, and ~1.33 endurance per equip burden on fast- and mid-roll builds respectively. So Mask of the Father saves an amount of points spent on endurance equal to ~67% and ~33% for fast- and mid-roll respectively.

With HavelFaP, that becomes ~2.22 and ~1.11, making MotF save an amount of points equal to ~56% or ~28% of the weapon's weight.
