There's many rings i just don't use, i'm sure that's the case for most people. The dumbest ring is my opinion is though the BTSR. If your defense is low, you'll get a small bonus, and if it's high, you're already getting diminished results so extra defense won't help much. + what help is extra armor if you're already nearly dead? I dunno what the people of Catarina were thinking when they made that.

Cursebite Ring.

Only wear it for Seath and then not again until I have to fight Seath again on another NG.

Tiny Beings Ring, when I first started out I used to wear it all the time. I didn't realize that it barely did anything to my health until I reached NG+ for the first time. That was over 6 months ago, haven't put it on since.

Cloranthy Ring.

I'VE NEVER USED IT. I knew it exsited but i never got it. Over 999:99:9 Hours and i still haven't used it.

Well, seldom isn't the same as never which is why I selected a ring I very seldom use.

There are rings I've never used too. For instance: the DM Blade Covenant Ring, never touched that thing.

EDIT: Come to think of it, that ring may actually be the only ring I've never used. It's possible I never used the Thunder Stoneplate Ring also but I'm not 100% on it.

Also, I'm pretty sure, unless you're Knight Solaire, everyone can answer the question with the Orange Charred Ring as it's only useful in one little area of the game.

Ring of Favor and Protection, who uses that POS amirightguys?

It's really useful for dragons. Getting through the depths or down to ash lake without it can be very dangerous.

You probably mean on NG+ and beyond, right? Because you wouldn't even have the Dragon Body the first time going down the Hollow.

That is the ring that never leaves my finger. I even named it Sam in honor of my anoying friend that never leaves.

I never use Dark Wood Grain Ring. It went from OP to worthless.

All of the rings that deal with boosting spells or miracles. I used them for about 5 minutes when testing out spells on my first character and never bothered with the rings or spells again.

Something tells me they hate you for another reason.

I almost never use the Leo ring anymore, even with thrusty builds. I like fast rolling so much I've almost always got Wolf Ring, Hevels, DWGr or steel protection on. Or a dragoncrest for my caster.

Actually, I had an issue today whereby I killed Havel (or whoever...) as he killed me. I didn't get his ring, and its forced me to really think about what I'm doing with this toon, especially as he's a low-level co-op build. Funny how big an effect a ring can have on your game.

As lalliman said, the blue tearstone is almost useless. I only wear it when i have virtually NO OTHER RINGS to wear.

So we can say it's from Astora. I tought it had a Connection with Kalameet but Calamity Ring Destroyed that theory.

So disregarding rings we never use, this is about rings we have used, but not very often?

Hmm...probably going to go with the Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring. When rushing through an area for loot I'll occasionally wear it to keep from aggroing a couple of enemies, but only when the build can afford to give up a ring slot without losing mobility and even then only for a couple of zones.

And I just gotta say, the RotEE is great on Co-op specific toons that don't want to spec into any Attunement or Faith. Free healing with no casting time for Phantoms is always nice

Actually OP is right. He said the BTSR is the worst. He wasn't talking about evil eye any longer. And the Blue Tearstone Ring is infact from Catarina. While the Red tearstone ring is from Carim.

I don't think I've used the ring of the first born since my first play through.. all of the miracle rings I never use.

Now I'm wondering how the same ring virtually (only the gem is changed) was forged in disparate lands. Is one older than the other?
