The Bed of Chaos is best done alone. Go and destroy one of the power sources, then quit and log back in. Reenter the boss fight, go destroy the other one. Quit again, reenter again, and run forward and land on the bridge. Run and roll through the tunnel blocked by branches until you get to a small writhing thing on the floor. Depending on what weapon you're using, it should only take a few hits; a maxed out black knight weapon will oneshot it.
