Consider the healers a kind of gankers.
Since you can't summon a dragon bro if you have a white phantom in your world, a ganker will still do everything to win, specially against a dragon because its considered dificult to find a dragon sign.
Also depends on where you're fighting. PVP hotspots normally have more gankers/healers.
