Crystal soul spear question.

The internet is being finicky (which screws with testing) so I have to ask, is css quick enough to follow up a parry for a garunteed hit and counter damaged?

I know it works in pve but I haven't tried it in pvp. It just never occured to me before now to try.

Yes. I'm not sure if it would get counter damage, but I imagine it would.

It'd be even more dangerous with Dark Bead. That is if you feel like using it at least.

H'mm, parry a guy on one of the the bridges in the forest and then use CSS to hit their gank buddy as well? I must try this!

I'm without the dlc or I'd have dark bead.

I'm having way more success with hcsm than css atm (unless they're mid rolling, they fail a dodge and die most of the time.)

why not just riposte them and cast an unlocked css on wakeup.. the things radius is the size of a truck when it's unlocked and has lag backing it.

I know I can cast GC/BF and WoG for some sick damage after a parry, but I think that DB and CSS will miss, because you will be standing too close to your opponent (you do cast them above your head after all). If you take a step, or two away and cast, then it may hit, but I'm not sure if it will make it in time though, even with 45 Dex.

Actually, its not that wide. its that it homes on the casters screen and goes straight on the opponents. It just looks like it missed but hit detection is client based so it only has to hit on the casters screen

I'm using the mlbh. A ripost would only do about 600 damage, where the counter damage boosted css will do 1500+ every time. Its not worth the risk of missing the wakeup, because they probably won't survive the hit in the first place.
