    I read about this so many times but noone seems to be able to give me a clear answer on this one .

    I read that if you "open" certain "Ports" you will get faster Online play .

    My Quesions are :
    1. Is this true ?
    and
    2. How do i do this step by step ?

    I am on the PC and want to know what Ports i have to open and how i do it .

    Well, i'm pretty sure you can't do that on consoles, so it had to be PC

    Also, i think the difference is only visible for the others

    I could help you but really don't feel like taking the time,but I"ll point you in the right direction.

    Most people's homenetworks are setup like this: Modem->Router->computers/devices.

    1) assign a static IP to your computer.
    2) on the dark souls site they should have information on what ports they use. In your router, port forward these ports to your static IP PC.
    3) on your pc, ensure your firewall isn't blocking these ports.

    And that's it.
