What level should i be aiming for for optimum play of the game?

I really like this game, and i really like being able to help people, but i also dont want to under stat myself, my current build is dex 24, str 17, vit 20. My plan is to hit roughly 27 str, 40 dex, leave vit where it is and pump end up to 40 at least. might raise attunement up to 3 slots just for added pyromancies. What do you all think? Pump end up a bit more so i can use my scythe and washing more effectivly, or leave it where it is? I dont want to level too high in case i wont be able to help anyone or be helped by anyone if i go to high this early.

i just played with a build that had 20 vit, i hate it, and u probably will to, im not against anything else in your build though, i always cap my vit at 30 at least. on your level though, if you want to have optimal gameplay everywhere in the game, then lvl 100-120 is pretty good

I just used a stat builder on here and if i cap out at 40 end, 40 vit, 27 str, 16 att, 40 dex im at level 116 and im fully built, nothing much more will make me any better
