humanity sparks - oolacile

guess its back to the depths or to tombs to farm for humanity for me.
sighhh came to the conclusion last night that the sparks you kill that drop the twin-humanities are pregnant women. im basing this on the small ones being kids - big ones being males and the big big ones - females. (had it the other way round but with only the big big ones dropping twin humanities for me i have now reversed.
with that thought in mind - seeing the little ones scurry forward and then run away scared - that just makes me uncomfortable and a bit sad for them.
im not sure why i believe the sparks are the old oolacile residents - think i remember a lore piece about it. if its true then this game just got even darker for me .


loving it - this game invokes such strong feeling from me , from sadness and pity for the daughter of chaos bonfire holder to anger at engyi / petrus and so forth.

The humanity of the residents of Oolacile went wild and was ripped from their bodies. So yeah your assessment is most likely correct.

Wouldn't the humanity from the baby skeletons be babies that were killed during the pre Age of Fire time? I'd find that weirder to be honest. And Rats get humanity by eating it off corpses, so there's no real humane way to get humanity, you just have to suck it up and get on with it.

I always took the name of Twin Humanity very literal, as in the Humanity of someone who has a twin, but I guess that was naive of me.

Your theory might be wrong though, cause I'm pretty sure there are male corpses around Lordran that drop twin humanity.

^Though all corpses use the male model, I believe it is purely for convenience. Unless dusk's death caused a sex change.

Actually, there are female model corpses around... check around the Duke's Archives... I think I remember seeing one there. Try the dungeon part. Also, check the corpse that has the fire keeper soul on it in the Parish...

This, because in lore, all firekeepers are women, so all the corpses that contain them gotta be female models; besides, i remember seeing one myself
