    Seath PS3 SL152 RESOLVED Empty Seath PS3 SL152 RESOLVED

I'm in NG+, and Seath keeps trapping me under his tail and essentially 2HKOing me before I can recover from the first hit. I can't seem to find any decent phantom help at this high level. Everyone I'm summoning is either dying from falls in the Crystal Cave on the way there, or getting killed almost as soon as the fight starts. Any help would be appreciated. In fact, if you help me do it, you can have the MLGS we get. I don't need it for this toon at all.

I find it easier to keep moving behind him at all times. I'd help you out, but I'm on xbox. Good luck.

I could take him out easy by myself if that's all I was trying to do, but it just doesn't seem right to not take his tail while I'm doing it, and because I'm using the DGA, he keeps catching me with tail swipes while I'm swinging. They do an unbelievable amount of damage in NG+. I have over 400 physical defense, and roughly 1750 HP and he's killing me with two hits

Rotate him to a spot where his tail is exposed and wait for him to do his breath attack. You have to time it right though, otherwise, well, you know.

That's exactly what I've been doing. It's just a lot easier to do with someone else to distract him. I'm confident that someone will be able to help at some point. Not really looking for strategy help man. Just looking to make my life a bit less frustrating. Getting sick of running all the way back through the CC because of a series of small mistakes

No, it's cool man. You're giving good advice. I've just done this a dozen times now, so I'm pretty well up on my strategy. He's just damaging me so much that the slightest mistake is causing me to have to do the whole thing over, and it's a long run back and forth. So I figure the safest bet is another player.

I know it sounds very backwards, but if I'm not going for the MLGS then I just kindle the nearest bonfire to max, stack curse resistance, and freakin' go to town right there on his dragon groin.

He has a tendency (at least from what I've seen) to keep using crystal breath attacks when I'm pressed right up against his front-side. Just hack away and heal when needed. I just beat him on NG+ with a pretty low defense character using that strategy.

Yeah, that's pretty much how I handle it too. I find that if you even just have the cursebite ring equipped you can press against his front and just swing away and he won't really be able to do anything about it. Like I said though, it just doesn't seem right to not go for the tail. I'm sure if I don't get a response by the next time I'm playing though, I'll probably do just that.

Edit: Got his tail by myself finally. Resolved. Thanks for at least trying guys. That's more than anybody else offered
