I would like to know what I do? I'm thinking of investing in force, I want a char that attack as well. what do you advise me?
or put intelligence in order to use the weapons in buufs?
how it works buffs on weapons, more intelligence, more damage in Buuf?

What's more buff that damage weapon?
is the crystal? or fire?
and where I can?

Buffs scale off your catalyst or talisman, if you look in the inventory at their "magic adjustment" stat you'll be able to see your rating. At your stats the best catalyst to use would be Oolacile's Catalyst, giving you 180 Magic Adjustment. To my knowledge the strongest buffs are Sunlight and Darkmoon, both of which are faith based. Crystal Magic Weapon is the strongest intelligence buff.

You get sunlight buff from the sunlight altar in the Undead Parish after offering Medals, and you get Darkmoon in Anor Londo from Gwyndolin by offering ears (Souvenirs of reprisal). As for crystal magic, I think you buy it off of Logan (Big hat) in the Dukes Archives.

However, you'd only be able to use basic magic weapon.. and personally I would recommend going for resins rather than spell buffing. You can buy fire resin from the female undead merchant near the depths, or you can farm lightning resin from the mushrooms in the forest.

If you chose to use resins you can invest the stats you want to get force, which is a very good spell for creating distance and punishing headstrong phantoms that chase you to precarious situations. But to do this you will also need a talisman in one of your hands. Because you cannot cast miracles with a catalyst. The Magic Adjustment of the talisman shouldn't matter if all you are casting is force.. I think.

What are you planning to use this character for mostly? PVP or new game+?

If this is your first play through you should try to experiment.
So... I'd recommend getting the 12 faith to play with Force, use Thouroland talisman. You can also attune Magic Weapon, so you can play with magic based buffs, that leaves you an extra attunement slot for another spell. Make sure your weapon is regular (+0 - +15) or you cannot buff at all! You can't use resins and buffs at the same time, but that doesn't stop you from alternating and trying out both at different times. If you aren't worried about increasing your level above 140 you could try the harder hitting buffs, but it might become more difficult to find co-op and PVP at higher levels.

If this is not your first play through and you are planning on PVP.. it's hard for me to give advice. I am not a fan of using magic, I prefer to use resins. However, that's just me. I don't think doing that would make you a better or worse player, you'll get better by playing and finding your own style. However, PVP is most common at level 99 or level 120. You can still find PVP higher up, but it may be less frequent. So it might not be a good idea to level up TOO much more to try darkmoon/sunlight/crystal buffs.

If you want a character that has a high damage output you could still salvage this build, especially if you are fine with being a higher level. But, if you want to start over I would recommend you to use the mugen monkey builder posted earlier in this thread. It's a very handy tool.

Also, most stats have diminished returns after 40, stamina for example caps at 40 and shouldn't be invested in further unless you are trying to change your roll speed.
