It really depends on the style. Since it seems your using faith you could replace power within for another miracle, perhaps force since you don't wait WOG. I can't complain about your weapon choices since the obsidian greatsword can break a low poise and with the two-hand R2 you can hurt gankers if used right. From my point of view the great scythe can swing around a shield and since you have it with Fire?, the extra effect adds a nice touch. The weapons do high damage which is good.
Your defense seems stable and can take a hit without being able to recover. Poise at 36, I'm the cautious one but since you can use the midroll?(check), it should not matter. Bleed looks good and curse is good. Your defense for fire, magic, and lighting could be raised but the heater shield helps the fire. Magic can be dodge, but lighting I don't know.
Hopes this helps!

Seems durable but since the patch I find the dark wood ring a bit useless and Silent can still use the fast roll. Maybe replace that with the cloranthy ring for the stamina boost. Better yet use the ring of the firstborn for it's 20% miracle increase. Maybe swap the grass shield for the santus, or one that covers the fire area.
But if your are going to use karma, it's your choice.
Edit: That link did not come out right in the quote.
Soris Ice Goldwing wrote:Hitting like a tank is useful but the issue is taking a hit that can activate it but not kill you. I have seen some that go for the offense when you have low hp. If you are quick, you kill them, but that's a 50%. I've fought someone who used a build very similar to this but the error I saw was that he was going offense when I was defense. One missed hit and I killed him. Sure it makes it more challenging but it needs a real balance of offense and defense.
Soris Ice Goldwing wrote:Sorry it was the user not the build that went wrong. After a while fighting this guy I figured he was trying to bleed/cut through my shield by rushing some fast wide hits at me. One hit took a third off me and when we were both low hp he had the RTS and tried to two-hand kill me in a rushed move, and that was the error: a rushed move.
Point is build is fine, but as with all it depends on the user. I don't doubt you are good, but what I had was a good build that failed by the error of the user.
