I'm a fan of fish and Japanese food, but I always will love my mother's cooked salmon in this lightly spicy yet sweet scauce with honey(love honey). Man I wish I had that for christmas.

Growing up in a Cajun culture has really destroyed my taste buds, so I'd have to pick anything that is overly spicy, meats to be more specific.

That's a loaded question for a fatty foody such as myself!
Sweets: French macarons (flavour: cassis). But it really depends on who is making the macaron / the patisserie. You can't mess up cassis for me, so it's generally my number one choice.
Savoury: Any type of tartare or carpaccio (I love my raw meat), toro sashimi... AND CHEESE.
On a side note, if somebody tells you that you eat too much cheese, you need to immediately stop talking to this person. You do not need that type of negativity in your life.

Hahaha, Eki, that is a misconception! Constipation is caused by a lack of dietary fiber and not something specific to cheese. :o
Just eat the cheese with some multigrain baguette or crustini and you're golden!
