I have received several times, some items from players, but I think I will never use them! For this reason, often I share these items with other summoned players while PVP... What's your opinion ? Am I doing wrong ?

I don't have 99 of everything, but I have 30 titanite Slabs at this moment and most certainly I won't use them. Is it wrong to give 4 or 3 TS to the first phantom who helps me... 3 to the second one... and so on... ?

It is not my intention to ruin the game for other players!

I hate it when people drop me slabs! silly gifting is part of the game I wouldn't worry to much about it. Dropping fully upgraded gear.on noobs might not be a good idea. It takes away from the discovery of the game.

I encourage gifting people but rather not 4 slabs at a time. it's an overwhelming amount basically and it takes away the thrill of finding a slab for them.
It also depends what soullevel the phantoms are, if they're like lvl 200 sure go ahead and give em slabs silly

It depends on who you give them too. If it's all first time players I would tend to not be TOO generous (like 10 slabs). However, even with a few slabs like you suggested I say go for it. By the time they can actually use the dang things they're gonna be pretty deep in the game and all your present does is allow them to experiment with more weapons. It'd be different if you were dropping off +5 chaos weapons to people in the NG in the Burg. Go spread some holiday cheer!

I share cracked red eye orbs and chaos weapons with people all the time with SL 15s. I see no damage in it.

I had lots of slabs on my first character because some random phantom gave me 99 of all, and I gave away most of them. Well, I might've been wrong in doing so, but most of them seemed happy about it.

The biggest concern (with some of us and even then it's just our opinion) is that some things are game breaking for new players. A lot of the fun for me was earning things and getting my rear handed to me in the process. Anything that takes away that feeling isn't a present (again, for me, that's how I enjoy the game).

For example, I remember trying to fight the asylum demon barebones and not getting very far. I got a lot of satisfaction in NG+ when my Lifehunt Scythe destroyed him. I wouldn't have enjoyed that experience if I had the Lifehunt Scythe to begin with. Not that you could what with no invasions in that location but I think it illustrates the point. Beating Taurus, Capra, Gargoyle, etc. the first time was fun because I had a basically stock broadsword at the time. Again, just my opinion. Also, for the intent of the original post and question, giving slabs doesn't change this feeling a lot since you're no likely in a position to even use them until you're pretty close to being a pro at the game. The only thing it takes away was the feeling of finding a slab which is fun but diminished since there's at least one in each playthrough if you know where to look and only some are useful to each player typically.
