I was talking to him trying to figure out how to get him to mention kalameet...so I left the conversation came back, skipped his dialouge and accidentally said no to his question. Is there any way to get back and have him say yes? because I really want to fight Kalameet.

Talk to him again, and select the option "Talk". He will ask the question again. (I think)

i have another question...after I kill manus do I just warp out of the chasm area? Dusk is just siting there wimpering soo im not sure if there is anything im supposed to do before i leave.

After defeating Manus, go talk to Elizabeth. She'll give you three mushrooms. They're good to use against Kalameet, but not Gwyn. :-)

If you kill Dusk while she is on the ground in the Chasm of the Abyss, she will drop humanity. But only there. If you kill her in another place she will not drop anything.
