We can discuss glitches. BUT, we are not allowed to discuss how to do a glitch that gives you an unfair advantage in this game.

theres the new spellswap glitch, easier to do than the old version aparantly, basically is lets you buff unbuffable weapons like the black knight greataxe. no other glitches have been found except the old moveset glitch thats too erratic to be utilized (thank god)

no its where they two hand something and even if its like smoughs hammer or something it moves like a longsword while retaining its damage, range and stun capabilities.

I don't know if it's a glitch/bug, but I feel like bonfires take longer to comeback after failed invasion attempts. When the fog comes down, it takes like a minute for my bonfire to comeback.

That glitch was in DeS too. It had something to do with 2H your weapon or changing from 1H to 2H. I'm not exactly sure what set it off. But, it was common enough for people to have a sign your weapon was glitched. Thet would either go from 2H to 1H repeatedly, or swap weapons repeatedly.
