Well it looks like your throwing away a ton of points. Drop some Vit and get your Faith to 16, then throw a Replenishment in there. A build that can't heal itself in the arena is crippled.

I'm just confused. 30 poise is 1 poise below a breakpoint. At 30 poise, you get stunned by katana's, rapiers, curved swords, etc. At 31, you don't.

Swap the long sword for the BSS. Moveset-wise it's pretty much the same and the damage you get with r2 pokes is insane. Longer reach too.

That's actually quite a similar build compared to what I use. Mines SL 125 though.

Well.. thats cuz i didnt even bother to look at poise, those I probably should have.. Switched it for catarina leggings. Same weight, one more point of poise. ^^

They do the same damage at chaos, but I prefer the moveset on the longsword. c:
