I play the 360 version on Portugal, plenty of action all day long.
Mornings are slow in the Burg and Kiln, but everywhere else loads of multiplayer action.

Not sure about the PC, but the Xbox is almost always active as long as you are in an area with a good average level. Honestly, I see as much on Xbox as I do on PS3. Lower levels are very busy on both systems right now, possibly because of the announcement about Dark Souls 2. I see many new players who are obviously unfamiliar with places like the Parish and Depths.

The PS3 is active, for sure. It has not diminished in activity. So if the Xbox is still alive, so too is the black box with lighter control.
