a pyro build

how do you all like it, this will actually require me to go to NG+ (0)_(0) we shall see how that goes!
the reasons i wanted to use the fury-sword are:
1. pure class
2. 500+ AR!!!!! that has to do as much damage as a 380 AR falchion.
3. range
the pyromancies are both simple and effective but most importantly FAST!

what i need help with is:
A. should i raise my dex to 45 for the extra cast speed at the loss of about 100 health
B. what should i use as a back up for fire resistant PVE
C. any better shields/armor

A. Yes, it is a must for any good Pyromancer as it allows you to chain Pyro spells.
B. Use some good Dex weapon on +15 and it's a good idea to have at least one Lightning weapon.
C. I can't tell you much about good armor, as I only care about the aesthetical side of it. Your shield is fine, I'd recommend also using Dragon Crest on enemies using Fire and Grass Crest for traveling and when going melee only.

looks pretty good to me but 45 dex would help u out a lot.
side note anyone else wish there were more pyro lore friendly armors?
