What do you think of this build ?

Hello I'am planning my new character, he's already lvl 45 and it should look like this at SL120 :

I just want some advices, on what weapon to use to maximise my 50strength( but i'am not totally sure if i'am going for 50strength or 50 faith I kinda want to use Sunlight spear but i think it's a waste of stat)

Any ideas on that ? Bear in mind that it's mainly for PvE i'll do some Pvp at the end but it's not that important.

Well since you are going for a STR & faith build, I would recommend Grant, It is a beast of a weapon it use correctly.

Alternatively you could use either the Demon great machete/Axe, when buffed they give some of the highest AR's in the game.

As for going for 50 faith, Its pretty much useless to go higher than 30 unless you plan on using the Princess miracles, since Sunlight Spear is only marginally better than Great lightning spear, think of the upgrade from lightening spear to great lightening spear.

Here's what i'd do, without changing you're armor. In PvE, the Iron shield deflects just like a Greatshield with good stability. A Great Heal is always a welcome addition. 1486hp and 40 Str in PvE is quite alot already so i lowered it and instead added the remaining stats to Endurance so you won't need to waste a slot on Havel's. Instead swapping it for the Wolf's Ring for more poise.

Do not look down on the Reinforced Club. That thing can stunlock like a beast. Infinitely. The Man-Serpent GS has an amazing moveset with great AR and base damage. You can still use most Str weapons at 40 Str so it should give some variety. Unless you're going for a full tank, 40 Str is good enough. Leep your Great Lord Gs if you wish.

the extra endurance is really good, and the 16 attunement for 4 spell slot give me more flexibility.

I think I'll go with that.

No problem, i have to admit though. The Paladin set is amazing in PvE. Overall great defense and resistances as well.

if your comfortble wit med rol i would go with this http://mmdks.com/fks you have enough poise to take a two handed gs, havel's shield makes med roll a lot more viable and its so good against all those dark magic users everyone is using right now, the man serpent gs is the best gs in the game imo and you can buff it to make it even better. i have a build jiust like this but with 8 dex since i only use str weapons.

OP did say it was mainly for PvE but this is nice too!

it is for pve, youre gonna get invaded by trolls and havel's shield is the best for both pve and pvp in terms of greatshields specially since he's gonna be med rolling.

Haaa yea it's mainly for PVE, but as you said i'll be invaded, and maybe for some Pvp at the end and my original idea was to use Havel shield, so I'll take into consideration both of your build !
