Thoughts on how I could optimize this build?

Hey, I was just wondering if you guys had any ideas how i could optimize this old build of mine? I'm looking to get to sl 120, so there's 11 sls to place around not just equipment.

I really like the look of the Murakumo build and will definitely give that one a try!

http://mmdks.com/f7w I think 31+ poise is plenty now that DWGR and greatswords are nerfed. Most people use dex weapons. Also, since most people use +15 weapons, physical defense is important.
