Cleric builds, and co-op question

Those are the two versions
Pure faith builds, With divine weapons for melee
Crescent axe is for co-op, but that's my problem.
I don't know how active co-op is at 120, compared to 99
The 120 is definitely better, but I want to co-op in addition to PvP.
I need help deciding what to go with

120 is very active from my experience, all the lord areas are the best. i have been coop'ing with my new sl 99 pure faith and ive had a lot of people summon me but not as much as sl 120. but a lot of people are still making sl 99 builds because of the arena and im pretty sure sl 99 is gonna be better than sl 120.

I would replace Wolf Ring with Ring of the Sun's Firstborn. Also, both of those levels are great for Co-Op.
