So i grow tired of my build and i will do a new one....

BB glitch is no longer here so i guess my best move is to get to the forest as quickly as possible and amass a few souls to reach 99 right?

Its a pain to let go of all the slabs and stuff...

you could always ask one of your friends to help you tranfer stuff from one build to the other.

Hosting in the forest is a great way to earn quick souls if you're decent at pvp. The forest npcs make it even better to host there if you're killing them each time you respawn in the forest after a pvp fight. I've amassed over a million souls quickly from doing that at lvl 120. It's the quickest way to earn souls imo.

i would say hosting or inading the forest is the fastest way, you can get a build done is a couple of hours if your lucky enough to get high sl invaders or invadees.

Or, you could play through the game, you would have to do it anyway. You'll get a lot of souls quickly. Get the serpent ring from Sen's and equip it after boss fights to get the increase in souls. Then, do some hosting in the forest to make up the extra souls you need.

The Painted World with the Silver Serpent Ring is a good way to go too. You generally get invaded pretty frequently there, and while you're at it you can kill the phalanx over and over again, which I think without the CSSR you get somewhere around 20,000? I think per run. Could be wrong about that. But anyway it'd be a lot more with it. If you have one of the storm pyro spells you can run right into them and take them all out in one shot each time too, which makes it go pretty quickly.

The Serpent Ring at Sen's is the Gold Serpent Ring, which is for item drops. The Silver Serpent Ring is the one you'd want. That one's in the Tomb of the Giants.

OR you could make arrangements with other players in the forum to help you out. Since a lot of people are butthurt over the BB glitch, you could get a friend or someone to invade you and let you kill them to quickly amass souls. Even better if the person is SL200 and abv. A constant flow of 270k souls and abv.

LOL, figured I'd get those mixed up. Nevermind. I suppose you could do a quick suicide run to the ToG to get that ring, but it really isn't necessary early on.

Maybe he could get the SoV to drop from the Mimic in Sen's. Voila! Kills 2 birds.

With a light source its doable, which I guess would hinge on how lucky you get running through the Catacombs. Taking on those Skeletons that walk on all 4's at base SL would be a whole other ballgame though.

^ Yeah, if you could make that happen, it'd make life a lot easier.

Or just get somebody to trade him either one at low SL

There is a very large shortcut through the catacombs. Do it in Human form, summon Leeroy, let him kill Pinwheel. Then, speed run through ToG (you have to know where you're going). Get the ring, and die. Bring you up to the start of the catacombs. But, it is a PITA.
