Don't know where you heard that, but it's wrong. SL122 is in the 101-200 Arena bracket. SL 100 is usually the go to level for any organized PVP on PC. (Though I've been told that the Arena is supposedly pretty dead in our little corner of Lordran.)

Forest, township and fight clubs. Dont know about the Kiln since i dont have it unlocked on any of my characters. You could always just fight me. I am lvl 122.

Arena is plain DEAD. Your best bet is spam dried fingers in township or get sinned really bad, also FC's

Try contacting a few people from the forum, I'm pretty sure anyone will be willing to set up a few duels with you.
But I think 122 is just enough to let you invade people who are lvl 100 but I'm not completely sure.

Well 10+10% of sl 122 is 100 so yes.
