Need help with Kirk, Knight of Thorns

For some reason, Kirk won't invade me. I'm in human form, HAVEN'T beaten the boss yet, and even loaded up from Undead Parish and made my way to the Depths to the room he's should appear in, and he still won't invade. Am I missing something?

Sounds weird, have you tried to summon a player and see what happens?
Sometimes it just takes time, i remember when i started ng+ (offline mode) that it took him 1 hour to invade me, Yes i was grinding..

But try to go offline because he is a npc and will definatley invade you then.
And have patience my friend!

You went all the way around the corner, right? I think you have to go a certain ways past where he spawns for him to show up. I always go till I attract that 1 curse frog, then I know for sure it's far enough.

I had to fight three of the basilisks before he showed up finally. But it was worth it, he droped both the Spicked sheild, and the Barbed sword. Thanks guys.
