I've really messed up...

I can't believe how I could be so stupid. Didn't decide to go for the platinum until halfway through my first playthrough, so I missed a lot of weapons I needed for the Knights Trophy. Biggest mistake was squandering Quelaag's and The Iron Golem's souls, so I knew I'd have to go as far as those two fights in new game ++. Now I discover, when checking my list, that I haven't got the Dragonking's Greataxe either! I don't know how I managed to miss this. Talk about making life difficult for yourself.

What's your platform and SL Slake? I know I have at least a couple toons with extra ones.

Edit: Actually I'm going to sleep I think. I'll check the thread tomorrow though and if it turns out I can help out I'm willing.

Thank you both I'm soul level 178 give or take and I'm on PS3. There may be a problem with time zones though. I'm in the U.K. and usually play around 5 p.m. (11.am in the U.S. I think) and my other session is from 11 p.m. (5.p.m.). Also I don't know what you have to do to pick up stuff this way, never done it. I guess you have to agree a place and time and meet online.

My highest lvl is 99 at the moment. If plastic doesn't have a took able to gift I can get my pyro to the required lvl within a day.

Actually, you can't get the trophy legitly till at least NG++, so you should be fine.

If you want to get it sooner, then you have to trade with someone.

I have terrible insomnia. I'm usually still up when you're on. I don't have a toon that's super close though. I think 140 is the my closest.We could try the RSS, but if somebody else has one that's closer you'd probably have an easier time doing it.

O.K. thanks everyone. I'm near the end of ng+, just got the 4 Kings and his knibs to finish off (which will probably take me the next three months at the rate I play, so maybe it's best if I do it myself after all. Job satisfaction and all that.

I got the platinum on my 4th playthrough because of a dumb mistake. I had 3 souls of Sif, but I used them to make 3 greatswords instead of 2 greatswords and 1 shield. So, I had to start the next playthrough, get his soul again and then make my shield.

In my opinion its more of a pain to do the trophies requiring all the miracles/pyromancices/sorceries. Simply because some of them involve following character questlines or spending time collecting covenant items (sunlight medals for example) in order to rank up and get certain items.

Yes I know what you mean. At the moment I need one miracle (Sunlight spear) for 'Prayer of a Maiden', one titanite slab and four rare weapons: Golem Fist, Greatsword of Artorias, Chaos Blade and Dragon Greataxe for the Platinum, so I have a way to go. Still 'no gain without pain' as they say.
