A very entertaining method of griefing Empty A very entertaining method of griefing

I was in the Undead Parish yesterday, around level 15, and got summoned by someone. I knew something was up when I went into the upper part of the church and the mob was taking 3 hits from my crossbow (normally a one-shot). Then I noticed the souls we were getting. Obviously the host had rolled his/her game (messaged him/her and they confirmed that it was multi NG cycle). People getting summoned in were being one-shotted by virtually everything. It was pretty funny, actually.

If we were getting 500 souls for a standard Balder like the ones below the Channeler (not the rapier knights....the ones with the Balder shield), what cycle would he have been on?

I do that sometimes in the Burg and Parish with my sl 6 guy at infinity. Unless they're obvious glitchers/op I usually ask if they're up for it. They always are.

Yesterday I got 25000 souls from the gargoyles when I was co-oping with someone. And the hollows slaughtered the other phantom in mere seconds.

Sounds like we were in the same session that afternoon. Pretty much everything oneshotted me if I took a hit. As long as you could take the strikes with your shield it was fine, but miss one, and you were toast.

I'd love to be able to roll over a toon at low level (the host said he was SL 18, which probably gets him lots of people to summon), but I've never been able to survive the late game enemies with so little health. I give full props to anyone who can do this.

Did the host have crown of Dusk, wolf ring, chainmail torso and a lightning longsword (or some kind of straight sword)?

No, the guy who summoned me was wearing Sigmeyer's knight armor. Don't tell me there are two of these sadists out there...?

lol... actually, I agree. I liked the challenge of being sucked into such a stacked game. And the souls were nice. I really need to try and do a low level playthrough so I can do some of this. Maybe something under level 20 with nothing but attunement slots for pyro. Tried it at level 5, but the lack of coop killed me.

I have a Crestfallen Warrior cosplay toon at level 18, ( http://mmdks.com/9w0 ), and he is in NG+4(or maybe 5).

Do you mostly go it alone? I was able to get as far as obtaining the lordvessel with a level 5 character, but as I said, doing the big bosses alone was above my pay grade. I always figured my only shot would have been doing something with loads of attunement, and a bunch of pyro. But then again, maybe the pyro would be too weak for endgame.

Why two longswords in your loadout?

I went through NG+7 solo at sl 6 (it was a challenge character, after all), but now that I'm at infinity I'm going to keep playing him occasionally just using summons, I think.

Though I don't think the Kings will be possible in co-op.

Well, and if nothing else, it sounds like a lot of people have done these, so I'm sure people would offer to dust one off for some low level endgame coop.

Why two longswords in your loadout?

    One Lightning and one Chaos.

Just having the Chaos would do no good in Blighttown, the Ruins and Lost Izalith.
