    I don't think persuers would be that bad if people didn't stack the magic boosting items but alas they do. Sooooooooo

    What if it had 15 uses and every time you used it one bead popped up? You could stack 5 and when you used a 6th it would just replace the 5th and so on.

    Anyone else have any other ideas?

    Honestly, I just don't have trouble with Pursuers as long as I'm under 25% equip. I met a guy yesterday who did nothing but spam these, and all I did was dodge in a circle until they wore off. I have more trouble with the speed of the Dark Bead, to tell the truth. However, if I can't dodge, then you're right, they are beastly.

    Enjoy that CSS to the face then.

    Really the only Dark magic that gives me trouble is dark beads, and that is because how fast that thing casts. Not to mention its got range as well.

    People, I can dodge pursuers while they are shooting at me with CSS without dodging, mid-rolling, with 1 button press and no items and being perfectly within their range, even closing in on them. I will wait for you to find my secret technique...

    pursuers is to powerful imo, it should be balanced like Black Flame is to GC. Drasticly weaker but destroys stamina if blocked.

    Pursuers should be drasticly weaker then HCSM, but destroy a full stamina bar (regardless of stability) if all 5 hit you and you try to block it.

    *sigh* Yeah, they should nerf everything, that way nothing will really work.

    I don't think it should be like Homing Soulmass, but instead should just fire off when it's used. Like most other spells. This way they can't have that ready above them and fire off Crystal Soulspear whilst you're dodging. Keep damage of them the same, that doesn't need nerfing if the dodge is easy.

    Pursuers doesn't need nerfing it's one of the few spells that's actually viable in PvP. I mainly melee and have no problem avoiding it even in the small burg arena so I don't see the problem. Also if you hate it then use hidden body. Tests have shown that you don't get chased by them when you use this spell.

    I think they're easy enough to avoid if your quick rolling. They probably wouldn't be too much a problem for mid rolling if people didn't use another spell while they were active, but it's hard to close in to damage players when they can pull out a bead while your being chased by pursuers. Another problem as I said before is the magic boosting items. They were fine for the classic magic because it was so hard to land, if you could hit it I don't mind taking a 1hk. But when people stack dusk crown, bellowing dragon crest ring, and use tin crystalization catalyst or manus catalyst it just seems like over kill because these spell are pretty accurate.

    I don't have a problem with any of the spells, honestly. I dodge all of them pretty easily. If you are relying on walking up to other players and hitting them with no thought to defense or rolling, then I would think you should expect to be taken out by direct damage.

    Pursuers is fairly easy to dodge on a good connection. It's the lag that makes them so deadly.

    If you're fighting on a bad connection against a pursuers user, well... lol. They can do anything from becoming entirely invisible from your screen and then oneshotting you, OHKOing/staggering 1-6 seconds before or after you roll away from/towards them, or simply killing you while visually they haven't fired from their resting spot around the other guy's head. It's even worse if the lag is inconsistent.

    It wouldn't be a problem if it didn't happen so frequently. At least hornet's lag bsers can be halted by a well-timed strike, fighting a lagging pursuers user is like playing the lottery.

    Sorceries are generally weak in PvP, which is a pity and makes the combat system unbalanced.
