The joys of Dragon bites Empty The joys of Dragon bites

Some of you may have seen me post that I really like the human element of PvP, but I'm terrible at duels most of the time. After getting my butt handed to me for a chunk of the afternoon, I started trying out new combos of weapons to mix things up, and finally decided to just go with dragon claws. Anyway, my covenant level is +3, so I get a decent buff from the roar. I did this against one guy who was taking the turtle route, and when I came out of my fast roll I did a bite on him, then punched him. Not sure what kind of damage I got from the bite, but I'm sure I saw 500+ from the punch. He just kind of did the whole shrug thing (but sadly, he still ended up pounding me into the ground with a big sword).

I wonder how viable it would be to run the full game doing bites and claws only...?

It's actually a headbutt and not a bite silly

And it's doable (both in PvP and in PvE, moreso in PvE though). But it's not very effective. You may get some kills in PvP, but it will be hard. In PvE, you can beat the game if you're patient enough.
If I were to use it in PvP then i would probably end up parrying a BSing everyone.

I'm 99% sure that he's talking about the headbutt that is the dragons forms roll attack. It looks like a bite.

For what? you might as well use a helm, since the dragon head is useless.

Considering I can have a rechargeable, albeit weak, flamethrower I can use against my opponent either to kite or gain distance is worth it with my build. The 0 weight also makes it worthwhile.

Is the Dragon Torso worth having? I have the Dragon Head and, since I don't tote heavy weapons, am wondering whether to use my Dragon Scales for the torso.
