any ideas for a dragonslayer spear build?

many times i heard that the dragonslayer spear is the stongest spear in the game for high levels. is that true? becuase if it is true, i would like to have a build based around it (probebly a high level build). do you have any ideas for such a build (and i want to maximize the damage of the spear, which means 40 dex, 40 faith and 40/27 str)?

50 faith won't increase the damage by alot and 30 str will decrese it by alot. i think its better to stay with 40/40.

my SL200 build in my sig is a DSS build

you don't need that much poise imo, the idea with a spear is to not get hit ever because you out range your enemy, and they can't close the distance if you play right.

spear is so OP.

i would do ssomething like this http://mmdks.com/7z1 the iron bracelets are there just in case theres someone wearing kirks armor and you do not need poise with a spear build since what youre supposed to do is poke at max range and roll out and they will never even touch you.
