Questions about a Fat Rolling Tank

This is my current build i made for PvE but i'm wanting to mess around with this build for PvP once this character reaches NG+.
Is the hp enough for a tank? I currently only have 30,10,28,48,16. The stats in the builder are those that i think i should add.

I got invaded several times by Dark Magic abusers and my trusty Stone Greatshield has saved my *** so many times. Since i can't move fast, i'm using the DKGA for its special attack, which i can swap for my favorite Stone GA, DGA or the Obsidian Greatsword.

Is the Hand Axe a good offhand weapon? Since i'll most likely be bs-ed and stuff. If it isn't could someone recommend me something else? Thanks in advance!

Ideally you want 40 vit with RoFaP,or 50 Vit on a tank or any other build.But if you can manage to learn to play with just 1.3k vitality it will be OK i guess but still rapier users will fish for backstabs,because you are slow,and why not GreatShield of Artorias?

I think 1.3k hp 'should' be ok because i love fat rolling! With the constant stream of dark magic abusers, GSoA might have great stability and all but the magic defense really sucks. I don't have the STR for the Havel shield so the Stone greatshield is the next best thing! And it's worked out great for me!

use the Black iron chest, and the Havel shield. that would be my only change imo

The hand axe is a great offhand weapon, but by off hand I mean left hand, that way you can keep it out to quickly ward off bs fishers who are circling while you have your large, slow weapon out.
