I'd say 30 without the RoFaP and maybe around 25 without it. These are absolute minimums I'm talking here. I wouldn't even run that low, only if you feel comfortable.
Edit: I think 1500 is the number people should run with, but lower is possible. And out of those choices with a SL 100, the Burg because of less gankers.
