Cheaters, Hackers, and Modders, oh my! (Xbox 360)

:evil: I don't know about the rest of you but lately I've been running into more and more modders, to the point where if I get invaded (which I normally welcome while playing through the game) I almost feel a desire to simply go to the dashboard because every 3rd invader or so has over 5000 hp or can flip around infinitely while wearing Havel's wielding the BKGA at level 70-100. Xbox live doesn't seem to be doing anything in cleaning these guys off the net but I think something needs to be done to preserve the integrity of gaming. I propose we start a list of CONFIRMED modders (not just someone who beat you and you got upset about it, but someone who clearly had way too much stamina or health). I'm open to suggestions of any kind. I used to just get over it when i encountered a modder, but there are so many now that I feel like the only way to stand a chance again is to mod myself, which would be contributing to the problem and therefor will not happen, but its sad that the thought has even crossed my mind.

I'll have a poll up for the next 10 days to see how many are in agreement.

What will prevent me (or anyone for that matter) to add non-modders to the list?
Will you just take my word for it?
If not then how would I prove it to you? (theres not that many on xbox I think that have some sort of recording device)

I know its frustrating, but just avoid them on xbl and you will probly never see them again.

I dont think we need a list like that , Hackers and Cheaters aren't that big of an issue imho .

If you stay focused on all the negatives, you're never going to have a good time playing DKS. Just shrug it off, it is the cheaters game that he is ruining, not yours.

I agree, it would be nice to boot all cheaters/hackers/etc. But, that is not going to work here, for the reasons listed above. As part of the forum rules, we are not supposed to single out PSN of XBLA names in an attempt to slander.

Since this thread can not lead to anything that will not violate this rule, I'm going to lock it.
