First of all, no this is not about backstabs. Instead this involves the chained mini boss in the DLC. I think a more proper place for him would have been Sen's Fortress, since it has all the chains and axes and what not. What do you guys think? Did From forget to add him there or was he supposed to be in the Oolacile Dungeons?

Thats not a proper response to the topic because it does not offer any ideas. You could atleast agree or disagree while adding in other ideas.
Anyway, I agree that Sen's Fortress would be a cool location for the mini boss because of the looks of the place. The only thing that might be difficult is fitting him into a room big enough for a fight. If anything he could be at the entrance to the place, instead of those two annoying snakes. Or he could be somewhere on top, but that could make it a little crowded with the giants also being like mini bosses.

That mini boss reminded me of something from DeS, but I can't remember what... The arena sure seemed familiar. As far as his location goes, I agree with Heroez, it fits in to Sen's atmosphere, but there just isn't really a good place to put him seeing as how he would be near impossible without room to maneuver

I just figured that since he is all chained up, maybe he would have been a prisoner in the castle. Maybe he tried to get to Anor Londo to foil someone's plans. Just some ideas.

I kind of like where he is. I enjoy the mystery behind it.

I may be wrong, but as far as i know the dungeons is a prison, and thus he is a chained prisoner. So it would make sense for him to be around in that certain area.

The arenas sort of like the Penetrater arena in DeS. Both are long rooms with rows of breakable statues along the sides.

The arena seems familiar because it is essentially the Old Monk boss room without the chairs tapestries and monk sitting on the top of the chair
Remember that you do fight him in a tower, what is the arena in? A tower.

Isn't the Old Monk's arena a big circular room?
