Completed NG with my Dex/Faith char with To link the Fire ending so now I feel like going for the Dark Lord ending. However, I need a fitting build for that, something that would fit the personality.

Desired Soul Level: 100
Str or Dex: Str or neither
Favor Dmg, Vit, or End: Balance/whichever fits
How you will use the build: As mentioned above, I'd like to have some evil-looking character. I've been rolling Dex and Dex-related builds for a while now so for a change I'd like to do STR build or a Dark Magic caster one*. Or a mix of the two (but no weapon buffs please, had enough of those for now ). Not sure how much I'm gonna indulge in PvP but I'd like it to be PvP friendly as well.

This is a dragon: He will invade in the forest - I believe that he will be able to hold his own in battles but can also resort to buffing his allies (May they be NPC's or otherwise). The Flamberge has fantastic stunlocking capabilities along with dead angles from the 2h r2 attacks. You can do a 3 hit stunlock with it: R2,R2,R1. The CT will be useful for when you wish to keep targets at a range. Also you can bait backstabs by facing your back towards an enemy whilst your pursuers are up. You will shout as they come in, turn around and all 5 pursuers will hit your target along with a prospective dark bead. Once at low hp you may wish to retreat and menu swap to your Red Tearstone Ring. You will now hit like a truck, retreat to enemies etc; and you may wish to buff them. Now with your CT you can play it safe whilst in RTSr (Red Tearstone Range) and poke your enemies for damage in the 600-s - 700's. Or if they're low hp you may wish to do a dash attack with your flamberge for a solid 900 damage. Remember you have the auxiliary sorceries. The CSS's will be best used when having lured enemies to buffed packs as they will focus on the monsters instead of you and can only choose to dodge your Soul Spears or the monsters attacks. Either of these will hit them for an insane amount of damage.

Also, by "what I have right now" I meant as in "target build" terms, the character is currently like lvl 30 or so.

How I will use the build: Fast rolling/back-flipping exclusively for pvp. I'll change my armor accordingly, I don't care about how much poise I end up with. But I'd obviously like to wear the best armor at the closest possible sweet spot at 25% I'll upgrade that armor set but I can't figure out which pieces of armor I need to choose.

I want to be able to roll at the fastest speed possible, actually, I'd like to use the cat ring at the new 25% cap. I've tried to figure out a way to do this, but I'm stumped about it. Note: I won't change my weapon, I like using it the most.

What I want = Whatever functional (PvE and PvP), could be completely different items, just don't want to delete the character so the stats can't be lowered. I like the damage of current weapon but not the speed. By the time my swing lands, most NPCs capable of dodging/jumping/whatever do so, making me miss and leaving my wide open for a strike. Alternatively, they hit me even before my swing lands.And that's NPCs, I don't want to think how annihilated I'm gonna get by invaders/in PvP.

16 Att (4 slots)
35 End (i dont know if i need that much ..)
20 Str just for mor Damage and maybe Obsidian GS
40 Dex (is this ok for pyro casting speed?)

Weapons i like to use:
Silver/Gold tracer, Uchi/chOs blade, falchion, comp. bow and of course Great Scythe, or lifehunt with bloodshield.

I'm going for either dex/int or dex/faith, SL 119 so I can invade pretty much anybody. I plan on using the Great Scythe +15 with buffs, and sometimes use the BSS if I get bored. I've got 2 different builds, but I can't decide which is better, so I can't start a new game yet. Any advice?
I probably should add, I'm going for the most competitive pvp build possible.

I'm not an expert on this but I'd say go with Dex/Faith. It will be good for leveling as well, since you'll have available miracles such as Great Heal for when you run out of Estus or Homeward for farming. Also, Wrath of the Gods, a cheap tactic but pretty damn effective if you're about winning.

I swapped out Darkmoon talisman for Canvas, since it has higher magic Adjustment = more power for your Sunlight blade and everything else. Also changed the armor a little. Although your resists go down a little, your Pdef and Mdef go up, as well as your poise. I got the poise to 77 so that you can poise through pretty much all 2H R1 attacks.

BTW, if you're about numbers, your Sunlight blade buff is gonna do 1.8*175=315 additional damage. Your Crystal magic weapon with Tin Crystallization Catalyst would do 1.4*254=355 additional damage, at the cost of halving all your spell casts.

Other info you find useful: in my first play through i played as a sorcerer with 50 int and nearly no vit, i just had enough stats to wield a winged spear and i killed all bosses from range. this time i want to get close and personal. i play offline so SL dose not matter that much, "i am a mad grinder"

The attunement is there just for the sake of being there, as I didn't know where else to put points. I want this to be a Dex build, kind of focus on bleed and parry. I also like the looks of the armor so I'd like to keep that. Any suggestions?
