I dont know how accurate this is but its interesting and I dont have the time to test it out.

He noticed that your characters physique effected your movement and attacks. He stated that a very large characters kicks were more effective, while the very slim character rolled slightly further.

If anyone can confirm or deny this that would be wonderful. It would make character creation a bit more interesting.

I assume that tiny heads must make sorcery less effective.

Very interesting, would greatly increase build options. I'll be following this thread with interest.

Have 2x Very Slim chicks,1 very slim male, 1 average male & 1 Very large Male.

Ill do a kicks & rolls comparison & post my findings here but as far as rolls are concerned i saw no difference whatsoever between the very slim chick & a fat dude.

The character creation menu says it doesn't affect gameplay. My experience would lean to support that... But nothing beats hard research.

One thing to keep in mind here, there are actually several different kick animations, which may be why your friend thought there was a difference. Large weps have a stronger, more forceful kick, while lighter weps have a faster one, down to weps like falchion and such that replace the kick with a back-flip attack that partially bypasses shields.

Make sure you test kicks with the same wep. Also, Kirks leggings adds damage to the kick animation.

The visual effect is called spacial distortion. Smaller objects always appear to go faster even if they cover the same distance in the same time. Even though the space/volume they take up in the game is visually larger, the footprint is still the same, thus making the visually smaller characters appear to move faster. Sorry to get all "smart" on everyone, I have a rep to uphold.

That would be wonderful! But untrue. In real life I'm about 5' and move about as fast as everyone else.

Well i can confirm that my brother who is 5'5" can roll faster than me 5'10" but he also kicks harder so that ruins the RL idea 😢

    Ok test results are in.

Test was done by rolling down the long hall where the female merchant lives.

Small body - 25 flips with dwgr on.
    - 27 with no ring and no gear on.

Large body - 25 flips with dwgr on.
    - 27 flips with no ring and no gear on.

Started my test by rolling 5 rolls for each toon but was too hard to tell, so ended up rolling the full length to get a better idea.

Kicks look the same as each other and is hard to test if it works better at breaking guards because mobs get broken too easy.

Ps. I did the roll test 5 times with each toon and wad the same each time.
