I didn't think you could upgrade the guardian set. It doesn't show up when I go to reinforce armor.

You can't. Also, this combo isn't at all OP. I have a far more OP combo than this.

Full Catarina fully upgraded with the Guardian Gauntlets instead of Catarina.
Ring of Favor and Ring of Steel Protection
At my current SL125, I have 459 physical defense points and 65 poise. I can pretty much tank any hits thrown at me while swinging with my Zweihander, haha.

Ahh you're a tank. I'm a fast roller with 63 poise. Just two poise points less than you. But I don't really care about Physical Defense.
Also your SL is higher so have much more options.

Well see I didn't know you wanted fast roll. Also didn't know what SL. But yeah, guarding gauntlets definitely great for quick boost in poise and defense.

If your using wolf ring you will get a lot more bang for your buck with hollow soldier waste cloth and dark/kirks gaunts....that will give you 56 poise(which is plenty) for about 7 pounds you will never beat that poise to weight return....then you can wear a better helm or chest plate....I love the dingy robe that thing is a beast 79 magic defense and awesome resist to everything lol

That was just one example I picked kirks/dark because they are light with great all around stats and decent poise...you could also go hollow soldier and knights gaunts tho that gives 53 with wolf!
I run chester face/chest and kirks gaunts with hollow soldier on my sl100 arena builds...it looks pretty swag!
Goughs legs give 13 poise 2 on my str build I'm using wolf with Goughs legs and bloated head then naked and can fast roll with a BKGA lol!

The Hobo Soldier Waistcloth, while it has a great weight/poise ratio, makes your character look like a hobo.

giants head hands and feet = 56 poise, then you toss on the wanderer coat or the dingy robe or the sage robes. high defense, good poise, and the chest is free for swag armor.
