I used my highest level character to go through the DLC right when it was at the end of its game cycle, so I could roll it quickly and go into the new stuff again. Time came to clean up all the unfinished business, like killing NPCs. Chester was no problem (smarmy tool), and I love his coat.
Then I went to finish Gough. Here's this embattled old soldier, blind and chained, spending his days quietly making woodcarvings. It's just a game, but I really couldn't bring myself to kill him. How sad is that?
