HELP Solaire still in Anor Lando not moving to Izalith

So I used the Chaos Servant Shortcut got the sunlight maggot, beat bed of chaos then went back to beat firesage and centipede.

I went to go look for Solaire he wasnt there I realized I never spoke to on this character or not enough to move him to Anor Londo(I had the soapstone he gives so i must have spoke to him before)

I went to Undead Burg he was there I spoke to him then I warped to Anor Londo he was there I spoke to him but than I go back to Izalith shortcut he hasnt shown up hes still in Anor Londo.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

also on my way to Solaire where the 2 archers are I ran into a weird creature on like a scorpion with crystal spikes? i killed him but the archers shot me and i died what does it drop?

desnt drop anything. also, check the sunlight shrinwe thing

The weird scorpion sounds like a vagrant. Did you exhaust all of Solaire's dialogue?

The scorpion aka vagrant drops humanity or twin humanities.

Ok I went to the Sunlight Altar he asked me to join I said no; and now he left Anor Londo!

So I went back to Izalith shortcut hes still not there..



what else am I missing.

oh ok i thought i missed out on a slab or something lol

His quest doesn't produce a slab. I'm not sure why he isn't at Izalith though. He should be at the first bonfire after you beat Centipede Demon.

WAIT I thought he was supposed to be at the Izalith shortcut by the maggots????

so the next time i see him is gwn? or do i have to do something?

If you opened the Izalith shortcut and killed the sunlight maggot, he'll be at the shortcut and then you can summon him for the Gywn fight.

so how do i get him to give me his armor? hes chilling at the bonfire in izalith now.

You only acquire his armor by NOT saving him via the shortcut.

If you had not opened the shortcut and killed the maggot, you would find him there later gone hollow, and upon killing him you would then have his armor.

Your compassion has prevented you from obtaining the loot, but you should ask yourself, "Am I truly worthy to wear the armor of Solaire?"

probably not

but i can kill him right? and still get it?

Actually I am not sure, but I think he has to attack you once he has gone hollow. I've never wanted to kill him before that and then still I do it regretfully.

You can find the answer to that question on the wiki for sure though, or just try it yourself, but if you do you are a monster.

If you kill Solaire at any Point in the Game you get
-His Armor
-Sunlight Sword and Sunlight Shield
- Sunlight Talisman
- White Soapstone (If you didnt get it yet)

And if you kill him while he is Insane (When he has the Sunlight Maggot) you get a Sunlight Maggot in adidtion to the other things .
