Yea it isn't fixed, i chained some guy who kept fishing for bs today. I was surprised it still worked, cause i had forgot that i heard that it got patched but then i quickly realized it wasn't.

sigh yeah, it is a pain, i had a guy in the arena start to circle me straight away the other day bs fishing, was super, and wen he finally got one off, he managed to chain it....omg was SO annoyed.....he still lost, after it was over i sent him a msg asking him if bs and chain attempt was all he could do and he replied that it was the only way to win matches.....

I hear that's common for a lot of newer players especially on pc because that's probably all that they faced in invasions so they inferred from experience that that was the only way. Its not really their fault.

I've also noticed that techniques to counter the bs chain dont seem to work anymore (parry or rolling into the bs'er)

Foolproof tactic to not get chain BS'ed: stand still after getting BS'ed the first time. Sure, you'll take a hit, but it's a lot less damaging than getting BS'ed again. Can't remember who said it, but hats off to that Youtuber!

I usually take the hit, then immediately turn around. As for what Kiva said, I would imagine that only being a problem if they have a really fast weapon
