Need help getting Kalmeet's tail and killing him. SL 83 Xbox.

Just put your summon sign by the fog gate if ya can. I spend about 20 minutes fighting him each time and can never even *** get one hit on his tail.

Since it didn't work out too well last time i'm not sure whether another try or not is worth it. But i just finished him off, and the advice i have for you is this:

Try to stay close to his belly, though not below, or you may die. Whenever he uses that orange eye thing with the horrible noise, you've got a perfect chance for an attack. Whenever he stomps you've got a perfect chance to attack, and the same thing applies for his fire attacks. Just try to stay close to him and move to the side.

Literally just after posting that, i fought him, cut his tail off and beat him I've never felt so happy lol. Most of my attacks i used 2 handing my silver knight str. sword, and i was under his belly for the majority of the fight lol.

Lol, yeah the being underneath it isn't necessarily bad, but i found out the hard way. His belly smash hurts.

lol he's got one attack where if i werent blocking, even at full health it would one hit ko me, he like flew towards me and slashed with a claw, drained all my stamina even when blocking lol

Heh, yeah. I actually felt drawn towards that orange 3rd eye thing attack. I've seen part of it in the trailer and all, so i'm just so goddamn curious. But what if it's something horrible like huge damage on armor durability or curse?xD

Lol as far as im aware it has the same effect as the calamity ring, you take double damage for a while, so it's definitly worth avoiding

That would make sense. Still want to see the animation though.
