Disappearing NPCs and invading other worlds

Hi everyone,
I'm new to dark souls, I'm playing right now my first game and I'm realizing it's a very huge game.
I recently killed the bed of chaos, just to find out that quelaana didn't appeared in the swamp (yes, I never talked to her before killing the bed of chaos). So I thought, what if I invade, or just enter as white phantom, in another player's world? Will I find Quelaana? And if I will, will she sells me spells and upgrade the flame?

I know, it's a very noob question, but I didn't found anything on the internet/wiki. thanks, bye

You can only interact with NPCs in your own world. Being in another players world, the NPCs will look like ghosts, thus making it impossible for you to interact with them. She's not there because if you did not speak to her before Bed of Chaos she will be gone until NG+.

Like Mr.Tart said. If you don't speak too her Before killing BOC. She won't be there until NG+

You have to defeat Quelaag and have your pyromancy flame upgraded to +10. Do this and she should appear.

In NG+. She was there BEFORE i went to Quelaag. (I had a PYROMANCY FLAME so that's probably why...And that's a Normal 15+ flame upgraded for those who don't know >.< )

Oh, okay. According to the wiki, there was a statement about either defeating Quelaag, or dicovering the Chaos Covenant, would have her appear, as well. So just having a +10 (and so on) Pyromancy Flame is the way to get her to appear.

Didn't know that. Sorry, my bad.
