pure dex build soul level 115, strength and dex mix 85 or would level 54 with 30 int and using balder side sword at +5 chaos?

Well, i would say the build that suits your gamingstyle the best. But perhaps that does not satisfy your taste? If that is the case, i would personally go with either a mage or dex character, using some weapon that chips away at the health as a dex char while as a mage having really low health for the fun challenge.

The level 54 should be best, the others are too powerful.

You can't really say they're powerful until you've seen the build though. Just sayin', although if he is looking for a challenge 54 would indeed be the best.

I was gona go level 54 then I read elemental weapons got nerfed and I keep reason the bosses are tuff but I want the new magic but the pure dex suits my style so ima just toss a dam coin cas I actually can't decide, thanks anyways guys I know it's hard to say without seeing my exact stats I was just curious if they were over or under levelled

It could depend on whether he's on NG+ or higher. I took a level 154 mage in, and never felt overpowered. I was on NG++++.

I feel a little overpowered with my SL 99 Dex build... but I'm still not very far in. I expect the Dragon I see warning signs for to take away my feeling of superiority.
