    Why are they showing up all over the place all of a sudden? I found one near Andre earlier. I think that was the first time I saw one firsthand.

    you realize fire/lighteing was nerfed 10% and Chaos was nerfed 8%... only a 2% difference...

    I actually saw my first vagrant, but it was one i have never heard of or seen before. I was co oping with my friend in new londo, it was TINY and behind the big blob spear thing that guards the stairs leading to the very large ember. I almost didn't even notice it, but my friend saw it too. the exploding heads actually ended up killing it, and it dropped nothing. This thing was tiny guys, ive seen videos of both types and it didn't look like them.

    I've not received the patch on the ps3. Switched on about half an hour a go and no patch yet. Will try again later. My mid rolling faith/ str build should become a bit more competitive even with the r1 nerf to the claymore. I've never seen a vagrant ever. I don't tplay a massive amount but still after a year and 300 hours played you'd expect to see one at least.

    I wondered that myself, but this was a DW invader in Anor Londo who otherwise seemed professional so not sure why he'd be running around with an unupgraded sword like that.

    The miracle rings just never worked on PS3 before the patch, aside from the two static ones in the Catacombs. Now they do, and it's a lot of fun. They boost all miracles, which I hadn't realized.     On the XBOX the resonance rings boost miracles and can be used tactically if you can cast a miracle near one of them. Just keep one eye on your selected miracle and you will see a ring over the symbology. When you see that you know the miracle you cast will get a nice buff. Glad to see the devs got the rings working on the PS3.

    I spent all night playing PVP on PS3 in the forest at SL 120. I think the changes are great, the fights seem to be a bit slower. Too be honest though I didn't feel it changed things that much. Back stab with HR still seems very powerful, I'm not complaining, just I ended a lot of fights that way just like before the patch.

    Edit- Oh and seeing the miracle resonance rings everywhere on PS3 for the first time was soo cool!

    well i do know that it doesn't scale with the hand anymore so i think that was for some one with 1590 hp....

    Yeh it doesn't scale with the hand at all now. I did testing on pc version and it was 15hp no matter what with my 1590 hp.

    strange i have less then 1424 and it drains around 20hp for me.

    maybe it is based off your HP before any multipliers like FoP and MoM...

    because you have 40 vit and ring of favor, where i have 45 vit and no ring, but it drains more then 15 for me

    Based on my test just now, and a bit of motherly assistance, I think it drains 1/100th of your hp each tick. Because it drained 13 from me each time and I have 1325.

    Take this with a grain of salt, as I'm horrible with math, but keep it in mind with further calculations.
