Red Eye Orb part 2.

Ok so this is the second time this has happened to me and I'm starting to wonder if I am the only one or something.

I just got my darkwraith status and gave kaathe ten humanity.

Nothing.

I check status and it says I am darkwraith+2 :shock: Again I only gave him ten humanity and it never came up with a message saying that I had gained rank. Last time this happened I was told it might have been a bottomless box glitch issue. Well, this character is created post patch.

So where the hell is my red eye orb. It's the whole reason I made the character, ffs.

Anger.

If you had BBed before the patch then your status as a Darkwraith would have been carried over, including the ten original humanity you had to give for the Red Eye Orb and with than in mind the game registered you as a Darkwraith +1 as soon as you joined.

Unless the Red Eye Orb is in your box then you cant get it....

Thats the most common issue that occurs with covenants.

Its the same with the Darkmoons when you cant get Darkmoon Blade or the Blue Eye Orb.

Yeah I bb'd a few characters, but not this character... and the character I used to do the bb glitch wasn't even a darkwraith lol.

Hmmm maybe he was or the original BBed toon was a DW..... I dont know but it seems like you wont be able to get the Red Eye Orb on that toon.

Join another covenant, and rejoin the DW. Then join another covenant and rejoin the dw again. That will reset you to rank 0 in the DWs. Then just give him the humanity again and you should get your red eye orb. Don't use Oswald tho, just go join without absolving your sins.

^This. I haven't tried it post-patch, but it used to work pre. Hopefully for you, it still does! Doesn't work for Darkmoon Blade (or the Blue Eye Orb, I think), but it does for the Red Eye Orb.

Man that is broken. Thanks for the suggestion, it worked lol. Didn't even have to give him 10 humanity, after five he gave me the eye.
