Some Questions

I got some questions ABOUT the Forum and some About Dark Souls.
I don't know where to place it so if i placed this thread in the wrong Category, move it...
QUESTIONS.

1: Who can summon who with Red Sign Soapstone? The guy with higher lvl can summon a guy with Lower lvl OR The guy with the lower lvl can summon the Guy with the higher lvl?

2: HOW do you give Good/Bad Rep? Sometimes i find Replies that deserves good Rep and sometimes i find ones that Deserves BAD rep (Sometimes my own OwO.)

3: WHERE.DID.THE.GOOD.PLAYERS.GO?

Answears would be GREAT to have.

1: You can summon anyone who's either below your level, the same level as you or 10% higher than you.

2: You can click the + or - located next to the persons post and avatar. However, IIRC, they aren't available for users with negative reputation. That's why you can't use them.

And a fourth question that im pretty sure about.
4: You can Invade ANYONE. A lvl 1 can invade a LVL 711 and a lvl 711 can invade a lvl 1.

(So...I need to become less of a jackass to give people Good Rep?)

You can invade anyone who's either above you, the same SL as you or 10% below you. This is only for darkwraiths though. Darkmoons can invade sinners of any level. And Forest hunters can invade anyone.
